Description
She avoids men like him. He needs a woman like her. One lie changes everything ...
Gabriel Antonov is a mechanic who can fix anything, even a woman’s hesitance. His talents have earned him the well-deserved reputation as a player, but when a routine one-night stand goes wrong, he’s haunted by what he’s done. Nothing can free him from those depraved memories, until he meets Leigh Nelson.
Leigh avoids strong, silent types like Gabe, who is stronger and quieter than most guys. The only man she’s focused on is her father, who is suffering from a devastating health crisis. She’ll do anything to help him, even at the cost of ignoring her own well-being, but the stress is getting to her. Gabe’s strength is tough to resist, and his silence might be hiding a crushing secret only she can understand.
He can’t outrun his gut-deep craving for her. Problem is, she’s running from him. When they’re marooned in his lakeside cabin, he might finally catch her ... if he can admit why he’s falling apart without her.
Run to Her is the first book in a new trilogy about three brothers trapped by their troubled pasts. They won't let anyone get too close, because a solitary life is the only way to hide a bad mistake.

Excerpt
A fat raindrop splattered on the porch screen. And another. Tiny fragments of water landed on Leigh’s shoulder like little kisses. A shiver trickled across her back, forcing her to step toward the center of the porch to avoid getting wet.
The carefree humor fled from his expression. His gaze dropped to the tips of her toes and slowly rose up her legs, her body, her face. Gabe locked eyes with her, reached out, and opened his hand.
An invitation.
She gazed at his broad palm and dark memories rose, fueled by a violent incident that flashed through her mind whenever a big man got close…but this man was different. Gabe used his considerable strength to protect, not dominate. Months ago, he’d pulled off the Interstate to help her when no one else had. After that, he’d showed up to run with her when no one else would. And a few minutes ago, he’d tamed his powerful Harley so she’d enjoy the ride when no one else seemed to care if she had any fun. Even tiny things like ladybugs received his special brand of kindness.
She had no reason to believe Gabe would willfully hurt her. Even so, her heart tripped at the sight of the thick rope of muscle along his arm.

Praise for the Book
"This sexy story has a deep and moving quality. The Gabe and Leigh have dark pasts, but the healing love they give each other can help them overcome it. But don’t let the seriousness of the story put you off. There is plenty hot steamy scenes and a loving and lovely tone in this book." ~ Kate Forest

Interview with the Author
Lynn Kellan joins me today to discuss her new book, Run to Her.
Lynn, can you describe your dream home?
My dream home would be a log cabin with vaulted ceilings, much like the lakeside cabin in Run to Her, with a large living room that overlooks a lake and snow-tipped mountains. A screened-in porch is a must, with comfortable furniture for curling up with a good book. The living room would have a stone fireplace and leather furniture that is as soft as butter. Oh, and let’s not forget a big ol’ television so I can watch the Food Network and Game of Thrones.
Good pillows and soft blankets are a must. Oh, and twinkly lights. I’m a sucker for decorative lights. I love the ambiance they create.
Sounds lovely! If we were to come to your house for a meal, what would you give us to eat?
If I knew you were going to arrive, I’d probably prepare a tasty casserole in advance so the food would bake in the oven while we chatted. I make a delicious turkey tetrazzini, with homemade cranberry sauce and a killer kale and pear salad. Chocolate lava cakes for dessert. Let’s do this!
Oh, gosh. Should we do breakfast for dinner? Poached eggs and Belgian waffles? Or maybe pizza. Heck, let’s eat all of these things while we talk about books.
I'm in! Tell us about the absolute BEST fan letter you have received.
The best fan letter I received came from a reader who read Clear as Glass and said: "Nora Roberts is my queen of romance for her humorous, quirky, family-loving characters. This book definitely has that Nora vibe, with the squabbling, evenly matched pair of protagonists. But, I must admit, I've never wanted to be carried off by one of Nora's bad boys the way I wanted to be carried off by Mitch. That is my highest praise." That is high praise, indeed.
Any time someone reaches out to me, I’m touched. Readers are so important. They give me hours of their free time to read my book. I’m relieved whenever I hear they enjoyed their time with me.
Say your publisher has offered to fly you anywhere in the world to do research on an upcoming book. Where would you most likely want to go?
I would return to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. I visited Jackson when I turned 30, and I felt like I was in another world. I’m from Philadelphia, which is sooooo different from Wyoming. The Teton mountains took my breath away, and I loved the town square in Jackson Hole. There’s very little light pollution out there, so the starlit sky is amazing.
I’m planning to write a series that takes place in Jackson. I’d love to go back to do research. We took a rafting trip on the Snake River, and I’d sign up to do that again. We saw bald eagles, moose, and all sorts of wildlife you don’t see in Philly.
Who designed the book cover for the book you are touring?
Amygdala designed my book cover, and she did a beautiful job. I chose a photo that resembles my hero and asked for the cover to convey a dark, stormy mood. Amygdala definitely succeeded in making a spectacular cover. She designed all of the book covers for this series, and I’m excited to share them with my readers in 2017.
Thank you for taking the time to stop by today, Lynn. Enjoy the rest of your tour!

About the Author
Lynn Kellan writes contemporary romance about strong men who have a weakness for smart women. She believes men and women aren't that different, because everyone wants to be with someone who will empty the dishwasher. To prepare for her career as a romance author, she fell in love with bad boys, burly athletes, battle-hardened Marines ... and married a chemist. Lynn has won numerous writing contests and served two terms as President of her local Romance Writers of America chapter, but she feels a true sense of accomplishment whenever she doesn't embarrass her teenaged kids.
For love. For funny. For ever.

Description
Poised to become her overbearing father's right-hand man, Jaye Davis is tired of being a faceless drone, writing software. She’d rather help real people - like the family who owns a struggling glassblowing factory in rural Pennsylvania. While she’s there, she might figure out how to squash the secrets gnawing at her.
Mitchell Blake and his father keep butting heads about expanding Blake Glassware, and now Mitch has to deal with his father's consultant, Jaye. She claims online marketing will boost sales, but Mitch insists broadening their product line will increase revenue. Arguing with this doe-eyed woman makes one thing perfectly clear: she has the power to shatter his safe, lonely life.
Jaye’s got four weeks to save his glassblowing factory, but he detests her marketing plan. She’s got no place to live, but he has an extra bedroom in his house. She’s got secrets, but living with a glassblower who can see right through her would be an enormous mistake … or would it?

Book Video

Excerpt
Hot anger blasted out of her anguish, opening her throat with a sudden surge of adrenaline. “Is this how you reacted when your mother left? Did you stand on your almighty principles and condemn her, too? I bet you treated your fiancĂ©e the same way.” Jaye clamored out of the hot tub and landed on the deck. “Your self- righteousness is more dangerous than that bear.”
“My self-righteousness is justified.” He pointed a finger in her direction. “You lied. I didn’t.”
“Clearly, I owe you an apology. I’m sorry, Mitch. I didn’t tell you how much money I have.” Not caring that she stood barefoot in cold snow, she spread her arms wide. “Are you happy now? You’ve been looking for an excuse not to trust me, and you finally found it.”
He slapped his hands on the edge of the tub and stood. “Let me guess. You’re walking out in the middle of an argument. Again.”
“Bingo. Enjoy the solitude. Forgive me for not showing you my investment portfolio before our first kiss. Call me crazy, but I don’t like to financially undress until I get to know a guy.” She ripped her towel off the hook, leaving behind a clump of white thread wiggling in the cold air. “You did a great job of convicting me before you ever heard my testimony. If you ever get tired of blowing glass, you should become a prosecutor.”
His hands fisted against the tub’s plastic rim. “While we’re trading advice, let me do you a favor and state the obvious. You believe every man will break your heart because one man did.”
“Three men stepped on my heart, but who’s counting?” First her father, then David, and now Mitch. When would she find a man willing to drop his own agenda for a few moments to listen to her?
She crossed the deck toward the house, stormed inside, and locked herself in her room. Stripping out of her wet bathing suit, she dressed and grabbed her camera, laptop, and purse. Her clothes could wait until tomorrow … but she couldn’t wait another second to leave Mitch.

"Oh my gosh - I LOVED Jaye and Mitch's story so much! [...] The talent of the writer is obvious in the way she crafts her scenes, the layering, every single detail weaves together into one of the best stories I've read in a very long time. This is definitely a story I will revisit again and again." ~ Spaulds
"Lynn Kellan can write a beautiful story [...] This story was so well written and the journey these two individuals share will melt your heart and provide a happy ever after for even the most stubborn romantics. I can’t wait for Lynn Kellan’s next story." ~ DAE
"Another great novel by Lynn Kellan. Each of her books just keeps getting better and better. I love the detail she puts into her characters, into the scenes, and into the unexpected twists in the plot. I enjoy a relationship where the woman is strong yet quietly vulnerable, the man is the strong-silent type with great hidden depths to him, and two together can move through their individual and couple difficulties to eventually have a rewarding and loving relationship." ~ Elpel
